Destinations To Visit Post-Covid

October 28, 2020 by Jeremy Lindy

After the year we have had we think we all deserve a trip away to escape the stresses of day to day life. With the world slowly easing travel restrictions and the end looking near, we thought we'd give you the top destinations to visit when it is safe to do so post-covid.

Staycations

Staycations or homecations have become very popular this year, with people opting to travel close to home in their own country instead of jetting off across the sea. Here are our top four destinations in the USA you should visit post-covid.

1. Yosemite National Park

Get back to nature by exploring Yosemite National Park in California. Explore the mountains, waterfalls and giant sequoia trees, for a tranquil getaway.

2. Grand Canyon

Put life into perspective again by taking a trip to the Grand Canyon, just like Yosemite the Grand Canyon will bring you back to nature and make you feel more grounded.

3. New York

If cities are more your thing, then New York is a must, visit the likes of Times Square, Central Park or the Rockafella Center. There are endless things to see in New York.

4. Chicago

Broadway is calling, when theatres re-open and productions are up and running take yourself to see a theatre show and what better destination to do that than in broadway.

Vacations Abroad

Many Americans never leave the states, but as Privilege Club, LLC, a respectable hotel chain says 'There is a whole world out there to explore'. In a year or two, we hope everything will be back to normal across the globe. So start planning your over-sea vacations now.

1. Europe

Europe is vast and if you're planning on travelling that far, you might as well try and visit as many countries you can at once. Heres to name a few

  • UK - Explore Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wale–these great countries are unique in their own right, and all deserve a visit.

  • France - A short distance over the English Channel is France what is more romantic than visiting the likes of Paris or strolling along the Cote d'Azur.

  • Portugal - Sun, sea and beautiful scenery, Portugal is a lovely country to explore.

  • Greece - Made up of 227 islands, Greece is not short of breathtaking scenery.

2. Asia

If you want to escape the western world, there are many Asian countries that ooze culture.

  • Japan: This destination is a must, head to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo or explore the hot springs of Shirakawa you won't be disappointed.

  • Bali - Full of beautiful beaches and Hindu temples, makes it a great mixture of relaxation and culture.

  • India - Add visiting the Taj Mahal to your bucket list, India boasts a range of beautiful cities.

We know these destinations sound too good to wait for, but we recommend holding off and sticking to government and state guidelines before travelling. We promise they'll be worth the wait.
