Now's Your Chance To Live at The Pierre Hotel

Living at The Pierre — one of the city’s most prestigious and historic buildings — is a dream for many people. The building offers world-class luxury and amenities, in addition to direct access to Lenox Hill, Midtown Manhattan, and Central Park right outside the front door. And now, that’s all within reach for the right buyer, and at a surprising price.

The apartment, located at 795 Fifth Avenue Apartment 812 in The Pierre, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. An abundance of windows ensures that owners will get plenty of light and views and the large living room also has magnificent views of Central Park.

The master bedroom features an attached office and numerous closets, and the second bedroom is large enough to fit two beds. There’s even a laundry room as well.

The Pierre was designed by esteemed architectural firm Schultze & Weaver and originally opened in the 1930s. It’s now a designated New York City landmark and is a fixture of the Midtown skyline. Owners can soak all of that in, while also taking advantage of the hotel’s full staff (1000+), 24-hour doorman and concierge, valet services, fitness center, and daily housekeeping.

The Pierre is a functioning luxury hotel, but several dozen units were sold to private residents in the 1970s, and former tenants include actress Elizabeth Taylor and designer Yves Saint-Laurent. Needless to say, it’s not often that a unit becomes available at such a reasonable asking price.

This apartment is listed for $2,995,000 by Harriet Kaufman of Warburg Realty.
