Meredith Marks Caviar Brings a Luxe Lobster Croissant to Maison Close Southampton

Caviar, lobster, croissants, and a Hamptons brunch crowd is exactly the kind of summer math we can get behind. On Sunday, July 13, Meredith Marks Caviar celebrated its exclusive collaboration with Maison Close Southampton with an intimate seated brunch ahead of National Caviar Day on July 18. The event marked the debut of the limited-time Meredith Marks Caviar x Maison Close Southampton menu item, the Croissant Homard Du Maine, a decadent brunch special made with Maine lobster meat, a buttery croissant, homemade mayonnaise, and Meredith Marks Caviar.

Guests were treated to a curated brunch experience featuring several Maison Close Southampton signatures elevated with Meredith Marks Caviar, including the restaurant’s lobster roll, scrambled eggs, and truffle linguine. Meredith Marks attended the celebration alongside her husband Seth Marks and daughter Chloe Marks, with additional guests including Erin Lichy, Candace Bushnell, Abe Lichy, Eric Goldie, and other friends of the brand. The afternoon brought together tastemakers, media, and supporters for a very Southampton take on summer entertaining.

The Croissant Homard Du Maine topped with Meredith Marks Caviar will be available during brunch service only from Saturday, July 18 through Sunday, July 19 at Maison Close Southampton. Timed to National Caviar Day weekend, the collaboration gives guests a short but very indulgent window to experience the special menu item, proving once again that in the Hamptons, brunch can always find a way to become a little more extra.
