Mary Anne Fusco Returns to Douglas Elliman From Warburg

Mary Anne Fusco has officially left Warburg and is returning back to Douglas Elliman. The seasoned broker, who has handled over $900 million in sales throughout her successful twenty-year career, is well known in the real estate industry for her expertise and professionalism. Fusco brings with her a robust roster of residential listings throughout New York City and will be based out of the firm’s Upper West Side office, which is located at 1995 Broadway.

“We are delighted to welcome Mary Anne back to Elliman,” said John Lawrence, Executive Manager of Sales at 1995 Broadway. “Her years of experience, keen understanding of the real estate market and multi-layered approach to customer service have driven incredible success, which I know we will see continue.”

“Mary Anne’s energy, knowledge and ability to get the job done are unsurpassed and we are fortunate to have her join our team,” added Amy Hill, Executive Manager of Sales at 1995 Broadway.

Before rejoining Douglas Elliman, Fusco was most recently a top broker at Warburg Realty. Prior to that, she worked with Town Residential and Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy. Previously, she owned her own Atlanta-based construction company that provided a natural segue for her pursuit into real estate.

“I am thrilled to be returning to my Douglas Elliman family, a company that prides itself on forward-thinking and enhancing both the consumer and broker experience,” said Mary Anne Fusco. “I look forward to working with the highly-motivated team at 1995 Broadway and continuing to serve my clients with the elevated tools and resources that Elliman provides.”
