Move for 30 minutes a day
The first simple thing you can do every single day to keep your body and your mind healthy is to move around for at least 30 minutes every day. Any movement you can do during the day time whether it be walking on your lunch break, playing some football with your friends or heading to the gym for a quick workout is good. Make sure you spend at least 30 active minutes a day to keep your heart nice and strong and to also keep your muscles strong and fit.
Eat fruit before lunch
Fruit is one of those food groups which is amazing for you because all different fruits contain different vitamins and minerals which are essential for our body to function in a healthy way. Fruit can be a wonderful way to start the day and fruits such as grapefruit and lemon can kick start your metabolism and even aid with weightloss. The best way to eat fruit is in the first half of the day, and the reason for this is simply that you can end up struggling to digest all of the sugar later in the day. By eating your fruit early on, you are much more likely to burn off the energy before bed time and avoid bloating.
Manage your habits
Bad habits are something which we all pick up now and again no matter how hard we try to avoid them. Whether it be drinking too much during the working week, not sleeping enough, smoking weed with Reefferr, or even eating too many fatty foods. Bad habits need to be managed and you need to be able to motivate yourself to practice better ones. For example try to change your routine and distract yourself now and again, and consider thinking about the long term benefits of changing your habits for the better. If you aren’t hungry, don’t eat
This is one rule which you need to follow for a leaner body. Never eat food unless you are actually hungry. It doesn’t matter if you are eating at the same times every day and it is a routine: if you come home from work and you aren’t hungry, don’t eat! Listen to your body and make sure that you stay in tune with it at all times. If you need to eat your body will tell you, and living in this way will help you to prevent bloating and putting on weight every day.
