In honor of the Printemps New York first anniversary. On March 21, from 6 PM-10 PM, award-winning Chef Gregory Gourdet will be hosting an intimate five-course dinner for guests in the NYC flagship’s iconic Red Room, which will be transformed into a dining space for this rare experience at the One Wall Street location.
The evening will begin with a Champagne welcome, followed by a French-inspired spring menu from acclaimed Culinary Director Gourdet. Celebrating the Printemps name, dishes are inspired by the flavors of spring with offerings such as Salade d’Asperges Vertes, Consommé Printanier, Maine lobster with lemongrass, spring peas, and coconut, and Rôti de Porc Farci with morels and citrus. The meal concludes with a rhubarb, strawberry, and pistachio dessert, with each course thoughtfully paired with wine from Bouchaine Vineyards (with optional zero-proof pairings from French Bloom).
