Hello Hello, known for its daytime café roots and house-distilled coffee liqueur, will represent the day—with cocktails that are bright and refreshing. As the evening progresses, Boro Brine will take over the night, with deeper, more spirit-forward cocktails that mirror its moodier, late-night Williamsburg energy. 

A live DJ will spin throughout the evening and light bites from Boro Brine’s menu will be available, alongside a few additional surprises.
