Overview: Holly Graham of Tokyo Confidential will be popping up for one night only in a new format never before done at Shinji's. Rather than a traditional takeover, Holly will be fully embedded into Shinji’s service - moving between the floor and the bar, and bringing Tokyo Confidential’s signature high-energy irreverence into the intimate Flatiron cocktail den. Expect exceptional drinks (in partnership with Rémy Cointreau), unexpected moments, and enough mischief to keep things interesting.
