A One-night-only collaboration dinner between Michelin-starred Yingtao and Saigon Social

In honor of Women's History Month on March 24, Chef Emily and Chef Helen, both James Beard semifinalists and alumni of Daniel Boulud, will present a four-course, $90 menu inspired by “Chinese Vietnamese street food” with a contemporary lens at Yingtao. The dinner highlights their shared fine-dining background and personal roots, blending bold Vietnamese and Chinese flavors in a format that is more casual, nostalgic, and larger than Yingtao’s typical tasting menu. This is Part I of a two-part collaboration and a celebration of female leadership in the kitchen.
