Dominic Dijkstra will be popping up at Shinji's for one night only, bringing a taste of Canes & Tales, a glamorous escape into a bygone era inspired by the 1930s Golden Age of Jazz. He'll be showcasing four whimsical cocktails from the new bar's opening menu, each inspired by one of the short stories in F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Tales of the Jazz Age.
