Blu on the Hudson in Weehawken, NJ hosts an exclusive wine dinner with Jayson Woodbridge—the celebrated winemaker behind Napa Valley’s Hundred Acre—on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Woodbridge’s highly knowledgeable representatives, whose 2021 vintages earned six perfect 100-point scores from top critics, will guide guests through a rare tasting of these highly coveted, extremely limited-production wines. The evening features a five-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Juan Carlos “JC” Ortega, with pairings curated by Sommelier Adam Greer to complement seasonal dishes and showcase the depth of Hundred Acre’s portfolio. The experience begins with a 6:30 PM toast and reception.
Set along the waterfront with sweeping views of the Hudson and Manhattan skyline, Blu on the Hudson is a picturesque six-minute NY Waterway ferry ride from Manhattan and easily accessible from New Jersey.
