Related Group and BH Group have broken ground on Icon Beach, a 38-story, 350-residence tower on Hollywood’s shoreline. With a private marina, beach club and interiors by Meyer Davis, the dual-water development brings a new standard of coastal luxury to South Florida, with completion slated for 2028.
