Related Ross and Set Point Tennis Unveil Racquet Club at Edgeworth

Related Ross has announced a partnership with Set Point Tennis to introduce a residents-only racquet club at Edgeworth, the firm’s newly announced luxury waterfront condominium along South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The club will anchor what the developer describes as a vertical country club experience, offering professionally managed tennis, padel and pickleball programming, expert instruction, resident events and a dedicated pro shop. Related Ross is the Stephen Ross-led firm advancing more than $10 billion in investments across the Palm Beaches, and Edgeworth marks its latest addition to that portfolio.

Edgeworth comprises two sculptural 28-story towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, with interiors by MAWD | March and White Design, at 1155 South Flagler Drive. The 184-residence condominium offers views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, with pricing ranging from $5.5 million to $35.5 million. Set Point Tennis, a racquet sports lifestyle brand founded in 2016 with locations in East Hampton and West Palm Beach, will bring its retail expertise to the club’s pro shop, offering equipment demos, stringing, grip customization and racquet rentals, along with clinics, social play, competitive formats and junior development programming.

Bryan Cho, Executive Vice President and Head of Residential Development at Related Ross, said the partnership brings elite coaching, thoughtful programming and community-building that reflect what today’s buyers expect from a home. Edgeworth will be the first new West Palm Beach condominium in over two decades to offer private racquet sports facilities, arriving as the sport surges nationally, with 2025 drawing a record 27.3 million U.S. tennis players and pickleball participation growing more than fivefold in five years to 24.3 million. Related Ross and Set Point Tennis will preview the concept in the Hamptons this August, with the racquet club and Edgeworth expected to open in 2029.
