A Look At The Hottest New Developments Set To Launch This Spring

The New York City real estate market has seen record-breaking activity so far in 2021. Corcoran Sunshine, one of the city’s top new development sales and marketing firms, just released stats that May 8-14 officially marked the strongest week for signed contracts of any week in Manhattan since May 2007.

Below is a roundup of some of NYC’s most exciting and successful launches this year with information outlining the various building details, amenities and pricing.

  • Developer and architect: The team is all Brooklyn-based, with developers TANKHOUSE and architecture firm SO - IL, in their first multi-family building in New York City.

  • Building: 450 Warren offers a completely new way to live in Brooklyn, with striking architecture featuring a central courtyard and entrances to each residence directly from the outside through a separate foyer vestibule outside the residence.
