323 Lenox Brings Affordable Luxury to Brooklyn

June 08, 2022 by Jeremy Lindy in Real Estate

The Corcoran Group, along with AIG Developers Inc., announced today that 323 Lenox, a brand new Prospect Lefferts Gardens condominium, will open for sales inquiries this month, with occupancy expected in Fall 2022.

Comprised of 47 one- and two-bedroom homes, 323 Lenox offers private outdoor spaces, soundproofed windows, and European oak flooring. All kitchens are appointed with stainless LG refrigerators, Blomberg dishwashers, and four-burner Blomberg gas range stoves. Additionally, the spa-like bathrooms offer either Kohler soaking tubs or glass-enclosed showers. Designed by Studio C, the cool and clean aesthetics of 323 Lenox are smartly incorporated from the lobby all the way through each home.

With an exquisitely landscaped rooftop, residents can enjoy expansive views of Prospect Park during the day and inviting ambiance from the string lighting that provides just the right mood for a dinner party or an intimate gathering with neighbors. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with a dry sauna and dedicated yoga room, while the lounge boasts independent workstations perfect for those working from home. Residents can rest assured that their packages will arrive safely with the installation of an in-building packaging system.

“Reasonably priced homes are scarce in the current housing market, but with the introduction of 323 Lenox to the Prospect Lefferts Garden community, new beautiful homes are available at an affordable entry point,” said Roni Dotan, whose team is exclusively handling sales. “Buyers who were on the fence but weren’t sure they could take the plunge into homeownership should visit us and see that they can afford a luxurious home with top-tier amenities.”

323 Lenox offers residents direct access to Prospect Park and numerous attractions along Bedford, Flatbush, and Nostrand Avenues, bringing the neighborhood’s culture right to your front door. Additionally, with multiple modes of transportation nearby, including the 2, 5, Q, and B trains with express service to Manhattan, residents can stay connected to the big city while still enjoying the unique charm of Brooklyn.

Homes at 323 Lenox start at $499,000 for a one-bedroom, $579,000 for a one-bedroom with a home office, and $715,000 for a two-bedroom.
