Taking place on May 13 from 7:00–9:00 pm, and again on October 6, the evening blends cocktail history with a modern tasting format, celebrating the martini, David, and The Knickerbocker’s 120th anniversary. 

The Stirring Up Tradition dinner features mini martinis, a multi-course dinner with curated pairings, and a cocktail hour with passed drinks. Throughout the night, Wondrich will guide guests through the evolution of the martini, weaving in stories from his latest book and The Knickerbocker’s place in cocktail lore. Guests will also leave with a gift bag, including his book and custom 120th-anniversary martini glassware.
