For one night only, Chef Jorge Luis Pabon—formerly of the Michelin-Starred Estela and now the talent behind Mili NYC, the seasonally-driven pop-up inspired by the wine bars that redefined NYC dining—will collaborate with Great Jones Distilling Co.’s Executive Chef Daniel Wright on a 6-course tasting menu that captures the diverse flavors, cultures, and energy of New York City.
Each chef will present three courses, taking guests on a journey through their personal culinary narratives, expressed through interpretations of the city’s global cuisine. With Mili’s market-rooted, locally sourced approach, Chef Jorge brings an expressive perspective that perfectly complements Chef Daniel’s thoughtful cooking at The Restaurant at Great Jones Distilling Co.. Each chef will share the inspirations, flavors, and cultural influences behind every dish as each course is prepared.
To elevate the experience, every course will be paired with a curated selection of Great Jones Distilling Co. whiskey, handcrafted cocktails from Head Mixologist Collin Frazier, and standout wines from across New York State, rounding out a true celebration of local craft and creativity.
