Chef Mayank Istwal of Michelin-starred Musaafer in Houston and Musaafer NYC welcomes Chef Brandon Jew of Michelin-starred Mister Jiu’s in San Francisco for an exclusive one-night collaboration dinner at Musaafer in TriBeCa, presented in partnership with Salty Magazine.

The $295 tasting menu, with an optional wine pairing, brings together two celebrated chefs to explore the shared culinary history of India and China. The experience traces the origins of Indo-Chinese cuisine back to the 1800s, when Chinese immigrants first arrived in Kolkata, and follows its evolution through the decades into the vibrant culinary tradition recognized today.
