On Thursday, November 5, Bar Susanne, the seafood-focused cocktail and raw bar on the Williamsburg waterfront, teams up with Macari Vineyards of the North Fork for Locals Only, a one-night, five-course tasting menu built around ingredients from New York area farms and purveyors. Every course is paired with Macari wines, served with floor-to-ceiling views of the East River.
Seatings run from 5 to 9 p.m. Dinner is $150 per person with the wine pairing included (tax and gratuity extra), and reservations are available on OpenTable. It’s tasting menu only that night, so there’s no regular dinner service, but the full bar will be open.
