Sweet Liberty Miami Beach Pops Up at Chez Zou in New York City

WHO/WHAT: On June 6th from 5PM-11PM, Miami Beach favorite, Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co. is taking over Chez Zou for one night only to throw a Martini party with an ambitious yet fun list of eight Martinis. The Martini menu will feature Sweet Liberty favorites and some completely new in anticipation for the first ever World's 50 Best North America edition, held in New York on June 7th.

Previously Listed in the World’s 50 Best Bars, Sweet Liberty, known for its pursuit of happiness, will plan to do just that with its world-class cocktails. Much of the pop-up's menu is made up of martinis that Sweet Liberty serves at its original South Beach location, including the Big Apple Martini made with Grey Goose, calvados, noilly prat dry, crème de pomme verte, and fresh green apple, as well as Our Lychee Martini made with Grey Goose, giffard lychee, St. Germain, sauvignon blanc, martini fiero, peychaud’s and rose. Some new martinis will include the Dirty AF Martini made with Bombay Sapphire, manzanilla sherry, martini bianco, umami, house made olive juice and olive oil, also new is Le Chic made with Bombay Sapphire, rosé vermouth, bergamot, martini bitter, raspberry eau de vie, rose salt and red cerignola olives.

“Instead of going with a full on tropical Miami vibe like we usually do, I thought it would be nice to do something a little different and go all in with a cheeky and fun Martini menu in the city that is the quintessential home of this iconic drink. Martinis are a timeless drink that we take pretty seriously at the mothership and so we want to share some of our own creative twists on this drink while keeping it all fun and light hearted. Some of them are stalwarts from back home while we have some new riffs created just for this event. We're stoked to be working with the crew at Chez Zou, which already has a very Miami vibe to its aesthetics, which we'll be rounding out with some tunes that you might hear on the dance floor at Sweet Liberty on any given day.
