On October 23rd, Shiseido, in collaboration with renowned artist Enzo Barracco, hosted an exclusive exhibition showcasing Barracco's esteemed collection, "The Skin of Rock, Galapagos." The event, held at Shiseido Americas HQ on Madison Ave, New York, was graced by a select audience comprising art insiders, influencers, and media personalities. The evening was highlighted by a fireside chat where Enzo, accompanied by moderator Sid Feddema, delved into the intricate details and processes behind the creation of his artwork.

The attendees were treated to an array of sustainable Fall canapés and cocktails, allowing them to immerse themselves in the gallery's ambiance. They had the unique opportunity to engage in conversations with Enzo Barracco, gaining insights into his artistic journey and inspirations. As a token of appreciation and to commemorate the evening, guests were presented with signed editions of Enzo’s book, "The Skin of Rock, Galapagos."

In line with Shiseido's commitment to sustainability and promoting art heritage, the brand has initiated an online auction featuring ten exquisite pieces from the event. This initiative not only allows art enthusiasts to own a piece of Barracco's brilliance but also contributes to a noble cause. A significant portion of the auction's proceeds is pledged to WSL One Ocean, the non-profit arm of the World Surf League. The auction, accessible to the general public, will remain active until November 23, 2023, and can be accessed here.
