Mr. C Residences Boca Raton Opens Sales Gallery and Launches Sales
Downtown Boca Raton’s branded residential moment is getting a very polished new arrival. Key International and Wexford Real Estate Investors have officially opened the sales gallery for Mr. C Residences Boca Raton, marking the launch of sales for the city’s first newly branded luxury residential tower in more than a decade. Located at 36 SE 3rd Street, the gallery introduces prospective buyers to the Mr. C lifestyle with a fully realized model residence, refined European-inspired design, and, naturally, a Bellini Bar, because if you are going to sell hospitality-driven living, you may as well start with the cocktail that built the mood.

The 12-story boutique tower, located at 41 SE 4th Street, will feature 133 private residences with two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 1,522 to 2,869 square feet. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by 1508 London, the residences will include open kitchens with custom Italian cabinetry, natural stone countertops, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive terraces with views of downtown Boca Raton. Sales and marketing are being handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with contracts now being accepted.
Amenities lean into the full resort-at-home fantasy, with a rooftop deck featuring an infinity pool, private cabanas, open-air cinema, outdoor dining, and lounge areas. A dedicated wellness level will include a spa with hammam, infrared sauna, steam room, sound dome, fitness center, yoga studio, meditation lawn, lap pool, and hot and cold plunge pools. Residents will also have access to Bellini Restaurant on the ground level, a residents-only rooftop Mr. C Bar & Lounge, in-residence dining, poolside service, concierge, valet, housekeeping, and spa/towel service. It is a notably hospitality-minded entry for downtown Boca, aimed at buyers looking for walkability, service, and a little Cipriani-adjacent polish built into daily life.
