Have Your Own Live-In Chef At 475 Clermont

Bronwen Kinzler-Britton, Meryl Feinstein

This just in, residents at 475 Clermont are being offered the first-ever live-in chef program in New York City, beginning this month. Located at the nexus of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill, 475 Clermont is a 12-story building featuring a collection of 363 luxury rental homes ranging from studios to two-bedroom homes, paired with a suite of unrivaled lifestyle amenities and now a live-in chef.

Developer RXR Realty partnered with supper club startup, Resident, to offer a first of its kind, an innovative communal dining experience. Its partnership with Resident, a Brooklyn-based supper club startup that supports up-and-coming chefs, breaks down the barriers of traditional dining by connecting emerging culinary talent directly to residents. RXR Realty worked closely with Resident to hand-select Bronwen Kinzler-Britton and Meryl Feinstein, a dynamic pair of up-and-coming culinary artists who both specialize in Italian cooking, with roots in well-known Brooklyn restaurants including Lilia and Misi.

“Dining is not just about cuisine, but the experience of bringing people together. Having a live-in chef create five-star level dishes and giving all residents a chance to sit at the “chef’s counter” enhances the sense of community and elevates the sophisticated lifestyle offering at 475 Clermont,” said Scott Rechler, CEO and chairman of RXR Realty.

475 Clermont’s monthly dining experiences will be a part of the building’s robust amenities package, including a 24-hour attended lobby, business center, indoor/outdoor children’s playroom, indoor/outdoor fitness center including Peloton bikes, yoga studio, pet spa, rooftop terrace and onsite parking. Dinners will be open to all residents by reservation with up to 10 seats available. Every building resident will get two tickets to a dinner, distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
