Celeb-Attended Launch Party for ELLE DECOR Penthouse at Manhattan Supertall, 53 West 53

Last week, the who's who of NYC's real estate community joined ELLE DECOR Editor-in-Chief Asad Syrkett and the ELLE DECOR editorial team at 53 West 53, the striking condo tower designed by Jean Nouvel above the Museum of Modern Art, for a first look inside the ELLE DECOR Penthouse 76 at 53 West 53, currently listed for $63.815 million. Designed by celebrated interiors firm Fox-Nahem Associates, the ELLE DECOR Penthouse comprises the entire 76th and 77th floors and has fantastic views across Central Park and the NYC skyline to the north, south, east and west. 

As the sun set, cocktails and appetizers were served by 53, the new contemporary Asian restaurant by James Beard Award-winning hospitality group Altamarea Group that is located downstairs, while guests including fashion designer Christian Siriano, Editor-in-Chief of Town & Country Stellene Volandes, and celebrity real estate broker Fredrik Eklund, mingled and enjoyed the penthouse's awe-inspiring interiors. 

Other noteworthy guests: interior designer and Bravo celebrity Thom Filicia, marketing officer of Pontiac Land U.S. Samantha Sax, Principle of Fox-Nahem Associates Joe Nahem, and the Douglas Elliman sales team including Frances Katzen, Shari Scharfer Rollins, Jade Chan, and John Gomes.
