On December 13, three-Michelin starred Eleven Madison Park’s Bake it Nice pastry pop-up returns to Madison Square Park for a special holiday edition market - bringing flaky pastry perfection, festive new flavors, and the kind of fresh-baked holiday warmth usually reserved for the movies. Families, food lovers, and sweet-treat devotees are known to line up early for the ASMR-worthy crunch and warm wafts of freshly baked holiday pastries drifting through the park.

This season, Executive Pastry Chef Laura Cronin debuts two limited-edition, croissant-inspired, holiday flavors - still plant-based and flakier than ever!
