Event Description: Shuffle Lab brings its signature dance-meets-wellness experience to The Gates Hotel South Beach for a special Neon Bloom Cardio Party on Saturday, April 18, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The feel-good morning features a beginner-friendly shuffle class (no experience needed), a live DJ set by SUNNY D and curated wellness activations, including massage gun sessions by Dr. Justin, drinks by Kenetik, protein pops from Crave Clean, matcha from Valentine’s Matcha and electrolytes from BodyHealth. Guests will also enjoy luxury goodie bags featuring Star Patch and Anagram Beauty, and are encouraged to dress in neon and bright colors while enjoying pool or beach access for the day.
