Race over to the first ever Kentucky Derby Party at 1803 NYC

Fresh off installing new TV screens for major sporting moments (wink - Knicks playoffs), 1803 NYC is setting the stage for a Derby Day takeover with signature New Orleans flair.

On Saturday, May 2, the restaurant will host a live Derby viewing from 2:30–7:30 PM, paired with live music throughout the day and into the evening - bringing that high-energy, brass-band feel downtown. The event will include Southern-inspired dishes including: Deviled eggs with pimento Fried chicken sandwich, finger lickin' good Ribs and sliders, along with signatures like grilled oysters. Bites will be served alongside classic mint juleps and Woodford Reserve cocktails to keep things festive. At 5 PM, guests can sign up for a Best Dressed competition, where standout looks (hats, suits, and Derby flair) will be judged by the crowd, with the winner getting some extra mint juleps for the table.

It’s shaping up to be a 'taste' of Churchill Downs' in New York with a dressed up crowd to match. Reservations Here and walk-ins are welcome!
