Description: Timed to the Times Square July 3 ball drop marking the nation's 250th anniversary, The Knickerbocker hosts a celebratory rooftop evening with direct views of the ball drop. The menu features classic New York flavors: a Knick Hot Dog cart with made-to-order toppings, Americana sliders with American cheese and housemade pickles, Maine lobster rolls (warm or cold), sausage and peppers, and assorted desserts.
