WHAT:
In celebration of Global Wellness Day, Bryant Park Yoga presented by Halara invites you to a one-time-only event on Saturday, June 13. The date will feature two 45-minute yoga classes led by Tootsie Olan and Kristin McGee, plus self-guided, reflective activities and creative workshops open to visitors throughout the morning.
Activities at Bryant Park Yoga Day will include:
Yoga Sessions — Two free 45-minute yoga classes taught on the Bryant Park lawn; the first high energy and the second a zen flow
Henna Body Art — Professional henna artists will be offering temporary tattooing services to guests free of charge
Mala Bracelet Making — Also known as “Meditation Beads,” each guest can create their own unique Mala bracelet made up of 27 beads per string
Mandala Coloring — Wind down by drawing your own Mandala, a symbol of balance and harmony, or color in one of the Mandala outlines provided
Seated Meditation — Silent Disco headphones will be provided to guests playing various guided meditations and relaxing melodies
Affirmation Station — Write out intentions or affirmations for yourself, or leave some inspiration for others
