Salon Vert at Printemps New York is hosting a special wine experience on May 5 at 5:30 PM, featuring Head Sommelier Ren Neuman alongside Valérie Befve of Château Dassault. The evening will center around a guided vertical tasting of four Château Dassault vintages, offering guests a deeper look into terroir, vintage variation, and winemaking techniques in Bordeaux.

Designed for both enthusiasts and collectors, the experience includes curated cheese and charcuterie pairings tailored to each wine. Highlights include a rare vintage from Bordeaux’s Right Bank and a selection not widely available elsewhere in the U.S., adding a more exclusive edge to the tasting.

Tickets are priced at $75 per person and available via Resy. Guests will also receive a $10 voucher to use at the Printemps Wine Shop following the event, which features a wide selection of French wines and spirits including Cognac, Calvados, and French whiskey.
