Both chefs, who share a storied past working together at the three-Michelin-starred Guy Savoy in Paris, will present a 12-course tasting menu that highlights their shared expertise and French culinary techniques.
Event Details:
Menu: A meticulously crafted 12-course tasting menu priced at $385 per person. An optional wine pairing is available for an additional $200 per person.

Sugar Snow Pea with poached egg and caviar
Seasonal White Fish (MP) with frites and summer vegetable sauce
Salt Crusted Guinea Fowl Ballotine with risotto and truffle sauce
Chef Clément Leroy's Highlights:
Duck Foie Gras, cooked in beeswax, saffron, and thyme
Crispy Red Mullet with cauliflower semolina and Kerala pepper juice
Royal Beef Filet accompanied by pommes dauphine and crispy salad
