On October 14th, Blu on the Hudson, the premier dining destination located along the scenic Weehawken waterfront in New Jersey, is welcoming Jordan Vineyard & Winery from Healdsburg, CA, for an evening of fine dining, rare library vintages, and exclusive wines. This intimate event will take place in Blu’s elegant Private Wine Room, offering guests a limited opportunity to savor artisanal, small-production wines, thoughtfully paired with a five-course menu by Executive Chef Juan Carlos “JC” Ortega.

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a toast and reception, setting the stage for a curated culinary journey that features highlights such as:

·      Scallop Carpaccio with pomegranate, green apple, and miso, paired with Jordan Chardonnay, Russian River Valley 2023

·      Lamb Bolognese & Ricotta Tortellini with aged pecorino and truffle cream alongside Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

·      Braised Prime Short Rib with celeriac and hen of the woods, accompanied by Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 & 2012 (Library Releases)

Each pairing has been carefully selected by Blu on the Hudson’s Sommelier, Adam Greer, to complement Chef Ortega’s seasonal offerings.

Blu on the Hudson is located in Weehawken, New Jersey, just a picturesque six-minute NY Waterway ferry ride from Manhattan and easily accessible to all New Jerseyans. The restaurant has spectacular views of the Hudson and Manhattan skyline.

Seating is limited for this one-night-only experience.
