Brazil’s Independence Day (Sept. 7th), a date that has brough upwards of 1 million people to the streets of New York City, will soon come alive at Berimbau Brazilian Table 36th St.
The following week, from September 7th to September 13th, the Independence Day festivities continue with a trio of lunch and dinner specials in Berimbau’s main dining room that see the return of Restaurant Week favorites and never-before-seen dishes from Michelin Bib-recognized Executive Chef Victor Vasconcellos:
· Cuscuz Paulista con Lagosta, lobster, tomatoes, green peas, and jambu
· Arroz de Costela, slow-roasted beef ribs, black eyed peas, and pickled pumpkin
· Pudim de Tapioca com Coco, tapioca, orange caramel, and coconut tuile
