The Knickerbocker’s St. Cloud Rooftop hosts a free evening celebrating Amber & Opal, the honey botanical whiskey brand co-founded by hip-hop icon Ja Rule. Crafted with a blend of bourbon, honey, and botanicals, Amber & Opal offers a smooth, distinctive take on traditional American whiskey.

Ja Rule will be behind the bar from 6:45–7:30 PM serving Amber & Opal cocktails before mingling with guests — a rare chance to meet one of the brand’s founders in person. Admission is free.
