Marea New York welcomes Nobu Yamanashi, president of Yama Seafood, for a special installment of Marea’s Terrace Series – The Art of the Cut. Nobu will join Marea’s Executive Chef PJ Calapa for a live tuna-cutting experience on the terrace, celebrating the precision, tradition, and craftsmanship behind preparing a whole tuna. Passed bites will also be served showcasing creative takes on tuna, complemented by a selection of cocktails and spirits. The event is from 1-4 PM (live tuna cutting begins at 1:30 PM).
