To celebrate Peruvian Independence Day, Papa San (501 W 34th St) is hosting an unprecedented lineup of New York City’s top Peruvian chefs for a one-day market-style event, open to the public.
The Hudson Yards restaurant will transform into a vibrant market-style festival, with 11 acclaimed chefs each serving a signature tasting dish that showcases their unique take on Peruvian cuisine. Guests can explore chef stations throughout the restaurant while enjoying Peruvian-inspired cocktails and music from DJ Raffael Flores.
Participating chefs include: Jesus Delgado (Jarana), Miguel Aguilar (Inkaico), Oscar Olorenzzi (Nuyores), Yuri Herrera (Popular), Ximena & Leyla Yrala (La Cevicheria), Rodrigo Fernandini (Artesano), Boris Torres (Chirp), Alex Rojas (Jora), Sergio Nakayoshi (Panca), and Papa San’s Erik Ramirez and Sang Lee.
