Acclaimed bartender Kenta Goto brings Bar Goto, one of New York City’s most celebrated cocktail bars, to the Hudson Valley for a one-night-only Great Porch Guest Shift at Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection.
The evening features a curated menu of Bar Goto’s signature Japanese-inspired cocktails, alongside an exclusive Bar Goto x Wildflower Farms creation inspired by seasonal ingredients from the property’s working farm. A non-alcoholic option will also be available. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Goto and purchase a signed copy of his debut book, The Goto Bartender’s Guide: A Philosophy of Cocktails, Hospitality, and How to Make Great Drinks Every Time.
Reservations are required through an overnight stay or a dinner reservation at Clay, the property’s signature restaurant.
