Paradise After Dark brings Tamarind Heads and Spiribam to Tiki Chick on the Upper West Side for one night only.
The $75 ticket (plus fees) includes six dishes and seven pours, starting with a welcome frozen cocktail. The menu moves from plantain-pressed tamarind Spam musubi to tamarind-POG braised short ribs, with tamarind showing up behind the bar, too. The event is for ages 21+.
