Charlie Palmer Steak IV at The Knickerbocker welcomes Chef Thomas Bellec of Bricoleur Vineyards and Appellation for an intimate, one-night-only wine dinner as part of The Guest List, the restaurant’s visiting chef series.
Guests will enjoy a curated multi-course tasting menu highlighting Bricoleur Vineyards’ acclaimed wines, with each pairing designed to showcase the harmony between food and wine. Tickets are $200 per person, or $175 for Bricoleur Club members.
