Alpha Fit Club is hosting its third annual Alpha Games: The Main Event inside American Dream, a sold-out, brand-wide fitness competition bringing together more than 1,550 athletes across 750 teams representing its 20 studios.

While the competitor spots are sold out, the event is free and open to the public to watch. Alongside the high-intensity doubles competition, spectators will find balcony seating overlooking the action, a DJ, a recovery lounge, a beer garden, a vendor village and more, turning the day into a full-scale fitness festival. Competition kicks off at 7 a.m., with heats continuing throughout the day.
