The Penny Williamsburg is getting into the Halloween spirit with an afternoon of adoptable pups dressed in costume, hosted in partnership with Badass Animal Rescue, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit that rescues dogs from high-kill shelters and finds them loving homes.

From 12pm to 2pm, adoptable dogs will be on-site in their Halloween best. From 1pm to 4pm, head up to elNico, the hotel’s Mexican rooftop restaurant and bar, for Yappy Hour with cocktails and skyline views. $1 from every signature cocktail will be donated to the rescue, and costumes are encouraged.
