On May 12th and 13th, in celebration of the second-year anniversary of Restaurant Yuu, Michelin-starred Executive Chef-Owner Yuu Shimano will be celebrating with London-based two-Michelin-starred Executive Chef-Owner Angelo Sato of Humble Chicken for an exclusive two-night collaboration dinner.

Chef Angelo Sato sharpened his skills at some of the world's most illustrious restaurants, such as Restaurant Gordon Ramsey and Restaurant Story in London, as well as New York City’s Eleven Madison Park. The opening of his concept, Humble Chicken, in 2021 was met with acclaim, earning two Michelin stars in 2025, cementing his reputation as one of London’s most exciting chefs.

Chef Yuu and Chef Sato will create an eight-course tasting menu priced at $200. Guests will enjoy five amuse-bouches (three by Chef Yuu, two by Chef Sato), followed by four signature dishes by each chef. The meal concludes with two desserts – one by Chef Sato and one by Chef Yuu.

Seating Times: 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on both days
