Gerber Group’s Irvington Bar & Restaurant welcomes renowed winery Bodega Catena Zapata for an exclusive tasting menu of premium Argentinian wines and fare on Wednesday, March 20th 2019. Esteemed Buenos Aires-based Chef Dante Liporace teams up with fellow Argentinian, Gerber Groups’ own Corporate Chef, Fernando Navas to recreate Liporace’s famed ‘Sequence of the Cow,’ spotlighting the Argentinian tradition of beef, while building on the characteristics of these incredible wines. Irvington, located at W New York – Union Square, offers an exciting opportunity to showcase the urban ‘porteno’ spirit of Buenos Aires with its contemporary farmhouse design, bustling open kitchen and eclectic scene of New Yorkers and Manhattan visitors, alike.
