Spooky Halloween Cocktails To Drink This Halloween

While it may be one of the scariest nights of the year, it can also be the most fun and creative with costumes, food and our favorite drinks. We’ve compiled a list of cocktails you won’t want to miss from apple based drinks to candy corn, we’ve got you covered. No tricks here, all treats!


Light My Fire

  • 1.5 oz NOLET’S Gin

  • .75 oz homemade cucumber and rosemary cordial

  • .75 oz lime juice

Method: Shaken served on a highball topped with champagne garnish a dehydrated lime and rosemary topped with .25 oz of burned chartreuse

Inspiration for cocktail: "I really like to take things people think are really sweet and make them sexy, especially during Halloween when everything is candied. This drink is a play on a vodka gimlet but with candy corn infused vodka that I make."


  • 2oz candy corn vodka

  • 1oz lime juice

  • .75oz simple syrup

  • .5oz liquid egg white

  • 1 dash of Angostura Bitters

Method: Combine all of the above ingredients together, shake hard, and strain into a coupe

  • 1 part Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey

  • 1 part Cherry Liqueur (preferably Cherry Heering)                        

  • 1 part Sweet Vermouth             

  • 1 part Orange juice, freshly squeezed                            

Method: Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.  Shake, and strain into a rocks glass

  • 2 Parts Milagro Reposado

  • 1 Part Fresh Mandarin Juice

  • 1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 Part Green Cardamom (Orange Blossom) Honey Syrup

  • 1/2 Part Egg White

Method: Put all ingredients into a Boston shaker, add ice and shake until cold. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass/coupe. Garnish with Edible Marigold.

  • 2 parts Glenfiddich Project XX

  • ½ part sweet vermouth

  • ¼ part olosoro sherry

  • ¼ part tawny port

  • 2 dashes whisky barrel aged bitters

  • Orange peel, to garnish

Method: Combine all ingredients except the orange peel in a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a coupe.  Express the orange peel over the cocktail and discard.

  • 2 oz Hibiscus-infused D’USSE Cognac

  • 1 oz Rose Water

  • 1.5 oz Vanilla bean syrup

  • 2 dashes Cinnamon Syrup

  • Martini & Rossi Prosecco

GARNISH: Red rose petal

Method: Add D’USSE, rose water, vanilla syrup, and cinnamon bitters into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Martini & Rossi Prosecco and garnish with a rose petal.

  • 2 parts Bombay Sapphire East Gin

  • .75 parts Pumpkin puree

  • .5 part Xante Pear Brandy

  • .5 part Simple syrup

  • .75 part Lemon juice

  • .5 part Egg white

GARNISH: Pear slices and cinnamon

Method: Combine ingredients and shake hard, serving up or down in glass. Garnish with pear slices and cinnamon.

  • 1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin

  • .75 oz Pineapple lemon oleo

  • .5 oz Lemon juice

  • .5 tsp Matcha powder

GARNISH: Dehydrated rhubarb & carrot powder

Method: Shake gin, lemon, juice and matcha powder and pour into glass. Top with Oleo foam, dusting powder garnish on top.

  • 1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin

  • .75 oz Apple Cider

  • .5 oz Amaro Montenegro

  • 1 barspoon Maple syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

GARNISH: Angostura-stained apple fan, cracked black pepper

Method: Shake ingredients and strain into a rocks glass. Top with apple fan and black pepper.

  • 2 oz Blavod

  • 1 oz Chambord

  • 1 oz Bols Amor Parfait

  • ½ oz Blue Curacao

Method: Pour Vodka, Chambord, BOLS, and Curacao into mixing glass, Add generous amount of ice, stir. Prepare Martini Glass with ice to chill. Dump ice out of martini glass. Pour stirred martini into chill glass. Garnish with fig
